Sarah Talei

Ms. Talei graduated from University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and received her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, where she specialized in children’s rights.

 

Before joining Oldman, Sallus & Gold, LLP in 2006, Ms. Talei was an extern at the Children’s Law Center and worked at the Probate Department of the Los Angeles Superior Court where she was supervised by the probate attorneys and judges and gained experience in probate litigation.

 

She has served as the Secretary and Treasurer on the Barrister Board of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. In 2008, she was the recipient of the Barristers Lawrence J. Blake Award for her dedication to the Beverly Hills Bar Association and surrounding community. She is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and the Iranian Bar Association.

 

Ms. Talei has spoken at the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Advanced Probate Volunteer Panel Symposium. She has served on the Probate Volunteer Panel for the Los Angeles Superior Court since 2010. She has authored the updates for Chapter 16, Investments, Deposits and Insurance for the California Conservatorship Practice, The Continued Education of the Bar (CEB).

 

Ms. Talei speaks Farsi and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
