Ms. Hazan received her undergraduate degree in economics from State University of New York at Albany and her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
Ms. Hazan was admitted to practice in New York in 1986 and in California in 1989.
She was previously an associate in the New York trusts and estate firm of Humes, Andrews, Botzow & Wagner and a Senior Trust Officer in Bank of America’s trust department.
Ms. Hazan focuses her practice in trust and estate litigation and administration – including litigation involving fiduciary removal and surcharge, will and trust contests, disqualified donees, estate entitlement, disputed property claims and contested fiduciary accountings.
She is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California State Bar and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
