Ms. Apanius received her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law.

 

Ms. Apanius is admitted to practice in California and Pennsylvania, the United States Supreme Court and the Federal District Court for the Central District of California.

 

She is a member of the Trusts and Estates Sections of the California State Bar, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Santa Monica Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.

 

In her probate practice she has represented parties in protracted litigation, conducted contested bench trials and represented professional fiduciaries. Additionally, she has successfully handled numerous appeals and acted as lead appellant attorney for the prevailing party in Chatard v. Oveross, 179 Cal.App.4th 1098 (2009).

 

Ms. Apanius also represents clients in corporate and business matters including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business transactions and technology/software licensing with an emphasis on internet and technology companies. In this area of practice she has worked with start up, growth phase and established companies.
