Marc L. Sallus

Mr. Sallus attended Claremont Men’s College (aka Claremont McKenna College) where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He was elected to the Order of the Coif, and to the Thurston Society and was a Research Editor, Hastings International and Comparative Law Review (Special Edition Japan).

In addition to being admitted in California, Mr. Sallus is admitted to practice in the United States District Court (Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California), the United States Tax Court and the United States Ninth Circuit.

Mr Sallus is the author of two Will Contests chapters in Decedents Estate Practice (CEB, Vol. 3) and Trust and Probate Litigation Practice (CEB). He was a Member of the CEB Probate/Estate Planning Advisory Subcommittee. He has lectured on behalf of CEB, State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar, Santa Monica Bar, San Bernardino Bar, Beverly Hills Bar, and other organizations.

Mr. Sallus is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been elected as a Southern California Super Lawyer and a Southern California Best Lawyer. He is also a member of the Los Angeles Lawyers Philharmonic Orchestra and the Barristers’ Big Band.
