Mr. Yang obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the UCLA School of Law.
Prior to private practice, Mr. Yang worked as a criminal prosecutor at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, where he conducted multiple jury trials from jury selection to verdict and sentencing.
He has over ten years of experience in civil litigation, including employment class actions, real estate disputes, and especially probate and trusts.
Mr. Yang is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association.
He is bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
